RETURN / EXCHANGE PRODUCT

A 14-day right of return is granted upon purchase of a product upon presentation of a sales invoice that adequately shows when the product was purchased.

The product must be unused, in perfect condition and in its original undamaged packaging when returned or exchanged.

When returning a product, the price paid by the buyer for the product is taken into account.

A person who intends to return a product will pay a shipping fee for the product to be returned.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If a product is defective, customers will be offered a new product in exchange and we will pay all shipping costs involved, or refund if required. In other cases, reference is made to the Act on House-to-House and Distance Selling Contracts No. 46/2000 and the Act on Consumer Purchases.
